HILLBILLY FEVER: SHORT BIO

HillBilly Fever is a traditional, hard-driving bluegrass band based in the Dallas/East Texas area. Founded in 2018 by North Carolina-born banjo man Mark Krider, a 50-year veteran of banjo and guitar who has shared the stage with the Osborne Brothers, the Country Gentlemen, the Lewis Family, and Blue Highway, the band was formed to keep the traditional sound going. Today's lineup pairs Mark with Justin Smith on guitar and lead/tenor vocals, Daniel David on Monroe-style mandolin, Adam Bachman on resonator guitar (Ryman Auditorium, Station Inn, MerleFest), and Anne Luna on bass, a veteran of more than 20 albums and The Hard Road Trio. HillBilly Fever has played festivals from California to Wisconsin and from Arizona to Washington, delivering hard-driving bluegrass and gospel music that satisfies longtime fans and wins over first-timers.
